Tom was reading a book when his doorbell rang.
“Ding Dong!”
“Yes! My comics have arrived!” Tom said in excitement. Tom went to open the door but soon realised what a grave mistake this was to be.
When he opened the door, what he saw was not his comic books that arrived but a package from a company called SCAMAZON with a suspicious note from an unknown person.
Inside the note was:
Dear receiver, you have won a free headset with a high-tech suit that allows you to see, hear and feel what you are playing. Have fun! >:)
Tom was thrilled to have received this headset, so he went to invite John, his best friend, to come over and try it out. Once John arrived, Tom wore the suit and John set up the television.
Soon, everything was ready.
“Ready, Tom?” John asked.
“YEAH!” Tom replied.
Out of the blue, there was a loud bang.
“Tom, are you ok?” John asked but his voice was muffled through the thickened smoke. Once the smoke cleared, the spot that Tom was once standing on was gone. Tom was also gone. The only thing that was left was the headset.
“Tom?” John asked with worry.
“I’m alright!” a mysterious voice echoed out of the headset.
“Who is that?” John was startled.
“It’s me Tom! I somehow got transported into Minecraft and I can’t take my headset off.”
“Tom, you mean you can’t get out?” John frantically asked.
“Yes. But I have an idea. Can you find a loophole in the code and set me free?”
“No problem, but it might take quite awhile so just survive and don’t die.” John said very seriously.
THE NEXT DAY…
The next day, John went back to Tom’s house to continue finding a loophole in the code and Tom seems to be still surviving with the best armour in the game in a day! After hours upon hours of searching, John finally found the loophole.
“Aha! Tom, I found the loophole!” John cheered.
“What do I have to do to get outside the loophole?” Tom asked.
“You just needed to drink a cup of water and you will be back to the real world!” John said slightly dumbfounded.
“It was that easy?!” Tom was stupefied.
“Tom!” John walked towards Tom and hugged him tightly. Once Tom got back to the real world, Tom swore he will never receive anything that is not his.
